Conservation management plan (CMP)
Our CMPs are tailored to meet the requirements of our clients and their tenants and building-users. CMPs establish history and associations, include a physical description of the place and its components, assess significance, and identify the key issues – including owner and tenant requirements, risk, and condition. The CMP also develops specific management policies; establishes priorities, resources, and timing; and sets out an action plan.
